Coaching Sessions
Connect with an experienced Homeopath for a chat to guide you through the basic steps on choosing a remedy for yourself, choosing the potency and repetition, and where to buy the remedies from! Also helpful when you’ve used remedies and have struggled to find the right remedy to bring about a healing resolution.
We have a 30-minute appointment type which is generally sufficient, but you can ask for longer if you have several concerns needing advice.

How quickly will I be seen?
Generally you can expect to be seen within the hour for an acute consultation if booking via our calendar. If using the chat now option, even sooner.
For chronic consultations including constitutional, you would need to submit your health history form and be seen in 1 to 2 days, and book via the calendar.
What should I expect during my first Homeopathy consultation?
Expect a thorough review of your health history and current symptoms. Our homeopaths tailor the consultation to understand your unique needs, ensuring a personalised care plan.
How long does it take to see results with Homeopathy?
While some may notice improvements quickly, homeopathy works with the body’s natural rhythm, and results can vary based on the individual and condition being treated.
Can I use Homeopathy alongside conventional medicine?
Yes, Homeopathy can complement conventional treatments. We recommend discussing your holistic health approach with both your Homeopath and healthcare provider.
Acute Consultations
Book our Acute Consultation service if you have something that has started recently (i.e. something that is not chronic). This is usually for things that come on suddenly like a cold or flu, or a bad headache or even an injury such as fall or sprain. We have a 30-minute consultations for things that have come on suddenly, especially if you have used a remedy or two without an improvement.
This acute consultation can also be used for our amazing coaching sessions to get advice on home prescribing and when you are stuck on remedy choice, potency or how many doses you need etc.
